Of course the Uchiha's have to be represented in my stories, in fact quite a few of my main male characters carry some Uchiha characteristic in them because I love them so much. The Heir started as a one-shot, but I ended up deciding to write Itachi's point of view also. It was written before I'd watched much of Shippuden so it digresses from canon a lot but isn't that what fanfiction is supposed to do?
The Heir follows the tale of a woman who needs Sasuke's protection for her child and must convince him of her need despite his anger and unwillingness to hear her story. Will he help her or will he leave her to fend for herself?
